Aarohan Adventure is a professional Organization today.

 

How is the Accommodation Facility ?

Campers will stay in waterproof – all weather canvas tents. Females and Males would be accommodated separately.

 

Discipline ?

We are very strict with ourselves and the campers. They will not be allowed to go out of the campsite without escorts. The campsite is a safe place and we have an excellent rapport with the local people.

 

What about Food ?

Food will be vegetarian, wholesome & hygienic. In the train, we generally provide the available train food. Care will be taken for providing special food for religiously strict participants at the campsite. But the same cannot be guaranteed during the travelling.

 

What is the Communication Mode ?

We do not have a telephone at the campsite. But the campers will get a chance to call up at home during their visit to the town.

 

Mobile Phones ?

Please do not send/bring mobile phones – because it´s part of the learning.

 

In case of an Emergency ?

Our camp director will be constantly in touch with the office, so in case of any emergency, you should contact our office.

 

Medical Help ?

There is a doctor on call for all medical emergencies. -All our volunteers are trained in basic first aid.

 

Toilets ?

The toilets will be of make-shift kind. (tent toilet) with an Indian commode. There won’t be flowing water, but there will be drums of water and buckets just outside. Similarly there would be bathrooms for bathing. Please help to maintain proper hygiene

 

Should we carry extra Money ?

As such our charges include everything; still they may require some extra money for shopping/refreshments. Give/bring only as much as they/you can handle.

 

Things to be carried ?

A list of things to be carried is given in the brochure. Stick to it, if need be, send more but not less. Water Bottle – with a strap, Gloves, Goggles, Sports shoes with grip, Warm clothes, Sleeping material, Easy to carry luggage

 

While in Train ?

Campers should not get down of the train at the stations. In case of any requirement, the group leader should be informed

 

Anything else ?

Keep the itinerary with you and give only seat nos. to the campers. Though proper care of the entire luggage is taken, we will not be responsible for any lost items. We have a system of "Lost & Found" at the campsite. Please pay the balance payment 15 days before the departure.
